In this temple, there is an approximately 104 cm white stone statue of Shri Adinath Dada seated in Padmasana as Mulnayak.
This historical idol was found from the underground in Veer Nirvana Samvat 2390 (Vikram Samvat 1921) and the craftsmanship of the idol of Mata Chackeshwari Devi brings to mind the antiquity. A beautiful idol of Shri Pundarik Swami also mere.
An inscription is found on the day of Maha Shukla 10 in 1200. On the day of Margashish 5 of Veer Samvat 2397 (Vikram Samvat 1928), the idols were re-installed in this temple built by the then king Shri Gambhir Singhji. The temple was handed over to Sri Sangha. And once again it was renovated in Veer Samvat 2428 (Vis. No. 1959).
Rana Gambhirsinghji, who came forward to protect the Jain statues of Vadodara and Bharuch, requested them to become permanent in his state. Because Jain devotees did not live there. Rana gave facilities to the devotees for business etc. Due to which the devotees agreed to stay there. Rana built a temple and got all the idols consecrated. He handed over the temple to Sri Sangh after 30 years.
There is a dharamshala for lodging near the temple with all facilities and a bhojanshala for meals. There are AC and Non AC Rooms available to Jain people. Food is yummy, Jain satvik Food is provide in Jain religion meal times.

इस मंदिर में श्री आदिनाथ दादा की लगभग 104 सेमी सफेद पत्थर की मूर्ति है जो मूलनायक के रूप में पद्मासन में विराजमान है। यह ऐतिहासिक मूर्ति वीर निर्वाण संवत 2390 (विक्रम संवत 1921) में भूमिगत से मिली थी और माता चकेश्वरी देवी की एक मूर्ति है जो की शिल्पकला प्राचीनता का स्मरण कराती है। श्री पुण्डरीक स्वामी की एक सुन्दर मूर्ति भी स्थापित है।
1200 में माघ शुक्ल 10 के दिन का एक शिलालेख मिलता है। वीर संवत 2397 (विक्रम संवत 1928) के मार्गशीष 5 के दिन तत्कालीन राजा श्री गंभीर सिंहजी द्वारा निर्मित इस मंदिर में मूर्तियों को पुनः स्थापित किया गया था। मंदिर श्रीसंघ को सौंप दिया गया। और वीर संवत् 2428 (वि. सं. 1959) में एक बार फिर इसका जीर्णोद्धार कराया गया।
राणा गंभीरसिंहजी, जो वडोदरा और भरूच की जैन मूर्तियों की रक्षा के लिए आगे आए, ने उन्हें अपने राज्य में स्थायी बनाने का अनुरोध किया। क्योंकि वहां जैन श्रद्धालु नहीं रहते थे. राणा ने भक्तों को व्यापार आदि के लिए सुविधाएँ दीं, जिससे भक्त वहीं रहने को तैयार हो गये। राणा ने एक मंदिर बनवाया और सभी मूर्तियों की प्राण-प्रतिष्ठा करायी। उन्होंने 30 वर्ष बाद मंदिर श्रीसंघ को सौंप दिया।
मंदिर के पास रहने के लिए सभी सुविधाओं से युक्त एक धर्मशाला और भोजन के लिए एक भोजनशाला है। जैन लोगों के लिए एसी और नॉन एसी कमरे उपलब्ध हैं। भोजन स्वादिष्ट, जैन धर्म के भोजन समय में जैन सात्विक भोजन उपलब्ध कराया जाता है।
कैसे पहुँचें :
झगड़िया भरूच जिले के झगड़िया तालुका में एक शहर है। यह नर्मदा नदी के दक्षिणी तट से 3 किमी दक्षिण में स्थित है।
झगड़िया का नजदीकी रेलवे स्टेशन मंदिर से ¾ किमी दूर है। मंदिर के दरवाजे तक तारकोल की सड़क बनी हुई है। यह स्टेशन अंकलेश्वर-राजपीपला रेल लाइन पर है। यह मंदिर भरूच से लगभग 33 किलोमीटर और सूरत से 90 किलोमीटर दूर है।
